ABOUT FRACTURED STUDIOS
Fractured Studios is an independent development organization built around one simple idea: people should have the opportunity to create something meaningful together.
Our community combines development, training, creative work, and community management under one organization.
Developers can join departments, receive training, work on real projects, build their portfolios, and eventually take on greater responsibilities within the organization.
We are currently developing Fractured Paradox, while building the infrastructure and community needed for future projects.

DEVELOPER NETWORK
The Developer Network is designed to give contributors more than just a Discord role.
Members can build professional experience, maintain a portfolio, earn certifications through training, take on leadership responsibilities, and showcase the projects they've worked on.
LEARN. BUILD. IMPROVE.
New contributors can enter as trainees and receive structured training before becoming full developers.
Training focuses on practical assignments rather than simply reading information. You learn by making things for real projects, with feedback from people who do the work.
Progression depends on skill, reliability, contribution, and demonstrated ability.
TRAINING DEPARTMENTS
Become a trainer
Experienced members can become trainers and help teach future developers. Trainers progress from Trainer to Senior Trainer to Training Lead.
